- Cleaning fee $85 applies on stays less than 7 nights.
- **$100 reservation deposit required to confirm. The full amount (minus reservation deposit) is due 2 months before departure.

- There is a 4 night minimum during the low & high season and a 7 night minimum during holidays.
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Switch, Delta, personal & certified checks and money orders.
- Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM.
- *Bookings less than two months from departure are payable in full.
